Adobe flash player?computer virus

There are several possibilities.

You may need to temporarily disable your firewall. It might be blocking the download.

You may also need to enable Active X. If you are using IE and in the administrator's account, follow these steps to enable Active X.

- Select Tools, then Internet Options from the menu at the top of the Internet Explorer window. The Internet Options window will appear.

- Select Security from the list of tabs at the top of the Internet Options window. The Security tab will appear.

- Select the Custom Level button. The Security Settings window will appear.

- Scroll down to the Download signed ActiveX controls entry and select the prompt radio button.

- Scroll down to the Run ActiveX controls and plugins entry and select the enabled radio button.

- Select the OK button to accept the changes

You may need to reboot for the settings to stick.

Afterwards, try to install Flash Player again. Some people are having issues downloading the full version directly from Adobe. If that is the case, you may want to try to download it as a standalone.

Don't forget to re-enable your firewall if you temporarily disabled it.

are you trying to download from the website? you said it was repaired, but did they install some kind of firewall preventing any downloads?
It shouldn't refuse to download for you. Go to www.adobe.com and download the latest version for free.
when you sent your computer for repair, they've probably just reformatted your hd.just download and re-install
