it says that my documents, etc etc is a win32 not a valid application, what does that mean, i downloaded google toolbar a few months ago, and then when i got my computer back from the repair now i can't download it. what gives.

Are you using IE or Firefox? There could be a lot of causes of this. If you are not logged on as administrator you cannot install things. Viruses could cause it too. Be sure to scan for viruses periodically. If not, you should go ask the repairman.
