This local good hearted repair guy has changed the motor, computer, etc. I paid him $2,800 and it still won't start. It runs good once it gets started. This repair guy has rebuilt the motor three times. The motor does not look like the original motor, but the repair guy says it is. He even towed the car on his own time and money to the Nissan dealership, who did not fix it and charged him $200. I expect he has put at least another $2,000 of his own money and time into it.
With the advice of an attorney I decided to approach another repair guy, who said I should go to another repair guy in a city 50 miles away
I don't know what to do. He has had the car for 20 months.

nothing I can tell you. You sould of got rid of it in the first place, I think. Could the insurance pay u something? they could of totaled it. And that way u could of got rid of it wiht out selling it :)
