I was screwed over by a PC repair home-business. The lady needed my Vista Installation disk to repair my computer, and when she returned my computer she chose to keep my disk. Weeks later, my much loved computer wouldn't allow me to enter because I needed a new product key. When I tryed to reach the lady who had my disk, she had disappeared. My mother and I tryed many times to reach her, but it seems she has moved away and disconnected her business number and canceled her cell phone. Can anyone tell me how I can get a product key.

They key is NOT on the disk, but on the certificate...
You'd have to buy a new product key or you can call microsofts support line and try and explain what happened. Maybe they can give you a discount on it or something.
