I accidently deleted an imorant file?

i asked a question earlyer



and didn't find an answer



so i went and look on google and repair my computer through recovery console



i accidently deleted /windows/system32/config/system



i accidently deleted SYSTEM



now when i try 2 go on it says System is missing or corroputed



i noe its missing cause i deleted it



is there anyway 2 change it



i'm not real friendly with this recovery console so can some one explain it 2 me so i could understand it (if there's a solution)

Easy Way --- Note that this doesn't always work.



When you are booting your system, press the F8 key during the start of the bootup sequence, meaning after it does the Power On Self Test.



Once you press the F8 key, you will be taken to a Menu. Select ''Boot Using Last Known Good Configuration''.



It will now attempt to load Windows XP using a past set of configuration files.



If that doesn't work, there is the next step....the hard way.
