Problem with HP Scanjet 4370 and Outlook?

I had to take computer in for repair. They had to take it back to scratch. I have everything working except the Scan to Email button. It scans and says it is sending to email (Outlook) but then it comes up and wants me to activate the Microsoft Office 2003 free 3 month trial. How do I get it to aknowledge the regular Outlook Express which is up and running fine? and not have it seen me to the OE in office?
