Got the computer back from repair shop. Now when I access IM, it gives an error msg about scripts. When I receive msg on IM, it is not displayed. Nor when I send msg. it is not displayed. The recipient can see it but I can't. I cannot see any messages to me.

Click tools,internet options,security tab,custom level.Scroll down list till you see scripting.Enable all three of those item's.Close IM window,reopen and see if it work's.Good luck.(NOTE;) Not the active x script.)Farther down the list.
