When I start my computer up, Windows Vista doesn't load the welcome screen all I see is a mouse, it doesn't past a black screen, No green and blue welcome screen, no windows vista logo that usually comes before the welcome screen, I've tried using the vista disc to repair the computer but no luck. I can't CTRL+ALT+DEL. The hard drive light does kinda flash so its doing somework or whatever. Please just help me this back up and running again.

Uh-oh! Call the Geek Squad!
lol The truth is many computers that come with Windows Vista pre-loaded are not powerful enough to run Vista.
I agree with a previous answerer. If you can remove Vista from your system and load Windows XP instead, that would be the best choice.
Vista Help?anti virus scan
mine has done something like that, but the screen is off, the laptop light are on and sound and it won't turn off. But I've taken the battery out and back in, then its fine.
have you let it set for up to 2 hours? Does it do the same in safe mode? If it still does the same thing, your best bet would be to, reformat/reinstall vista (or better yet XP) and it should work fine
Bugger. sorry i don't have a solution but you might want to do a search for the problem or post on a vista forum somewhere.
