PC experts, help! Emachines Full Factory Recovery question?

I found, in the emachines guide, that it has a section on reinstalling the operating system. It says you should reboot (or start) ur PC, while holding down F8. That brings up The Advanced Boot Options. So far, I've done %26 so far, this is where I've gotten. BUT, the manual says it should give an option of "Repair your computer". But it doesn't. It's only showing 3 safe mode options, 2 enable functions, 2 disable functions, debugging, directory restore mode %26 last known good configuration. It does NOT show me the repair your computer mode. If I can find where it says that, it says I can choose full factory recovery %26 that the PC will load ALL FACTORY settings, from a hidden memory within the hard drive. Why does it not give me this option when I hold down F8 %26 go to the Advanced Boot Options %26 is there a way I can get to that?

If your windows installation has no damage and you can access your desktop,emachines should have a utility that you can access the recovery wizard from there. If not ,during boot you should have a message for a sort period of time that say "hit F10 or F12 to launch the recovery utility)
